Enjoy our two level cellar space with a variety of leather couches & chairs along with high top tables. You have a seating capacity for 35 people and space for cocktails up to 40. In addition, enjoy access to our outdoor patio with an additional 18 seats.
Hourly Rental Rate $75/hr.
Which includes a dedicated bartender during your event time.
3 hr. minimum (your group is allowed to bring minimal decorations and set up 1 hr. prior to your rental agreement)
*Ask about our 10% Discount for rental space fee available for all Active or retired Military, Police, Firefighters, or EMS.
CLEAN UP FEE- $50
A - Graze Tables available at $18.00 per person (An assortment of meat, cheeses, dips, fruit, jellies, etc.)
B - You are allowed to bring in food from outside
(You must provide tableware)
All alcohol & mixers (wine, beer, liquor) must be purchased from HEAQUARTERS Winery.
Water, Tea & sodas are also available for a fee.
**FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING. $75 CANCELATION FEE WILL BE ASSESSED IF EVENT IS CANCELLED PRIOR TO 7 DAY NOTICE. IF LESS THAN 7 DAY NOTICE FULL PAYMENT WILL BE KEPT.**
